St. Innocent
Willamette Valley, USA
Founded in 1988 by winemaker-owner Mark Vlossak in the Willamette Valley of Oregon, St. Innocent Winery takes its name in honour of Mark's father, John Innocent Vlossak, who first introduced his son to the pleasures of fine wine. From very humble beginnings-just ten tons of grapes crushed in its first fall-the winery has grown into a respected producer of small-lot, terroir-driven Pinot Noir and cool-climate white varietals. Their philosophy emphasises site-expression, food-friendliness and age-worthy wines, drawing fruit from some of Oregon's premier vineyard sites and, since 2018, beginning production from their estate vineyard at Enchanted Way.
